This carpet is made of cotton wool, which was colored in Switzerland, and second hand linen wool. An old red velvet theatre curtain was used for the backside of the carpet.
The yarn is «looped” into the primary backing fabric with a loop and a cut tufting gun and the edges were sewed with a Miniket machine after glueing the red velvet curtain fabric to the back.
All our carpets are handmade and produced in Switzerland.
